Standard Shipping
Every box $99 and up ships with free standard shipping included. Delivery within Canada takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your address and our fulfillment time.
Need It Faster?
Expedited options are available at checkout, with delivery as quick as next business day to most major Canadian cities.
Need It By a Specific Date?
Add a note in the cart at checkout with your required delivery date, or reply to your order confirmation with your order number. We'll do our best to coordinate timing on our end.
Carriers We Use
We ship with a mix of carriers depending on your location and box size, including UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, ICS Courier, and Canada Post.
A Note on Addresses
Wherever possible, please include a street address at checkout. P.O. Boxes are only serviceable through Canada Post, which can limit shipping speed in certain cases.
Tracking Your Order
Once your box ships, you'll receive an automated tracking email with your carrier and tracking number. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@thehappybox.ca.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
